Logitrans Rotator ELFR 1001

The Rotator comes with fixed box holders (box holders can be added as an extra option) and is the ideal choice for individuals dealing with uniform-sized boxes and crates.

By utilising the Rotator with non-adjustable box holders, you can tilt the crates and boxes to a position that allows easy access to the contents, eliminating the need for stretching, bending, or straining your back.

To ensure stability, two box holders are required when tilting loads weighing between 500 and 1000 kg.

Depending on the box's weight, height, and working conditions, you have the option to select one or two sets of box holders:

- Box holders with clamps are recommended for tilting angles exceeding 60° and can accommodate boxes with heights ranging from 390 to 955mm (also 180°).
- Box holders without clamps provide support to the box (however, box holders with clamps are preferred for tilting more than 60°).

Box holders are available in the following configurations:
- For box widths of 800, 850, or 1000 mm, with a fork span of 560 mm.
- For box widths of 1000, 1050, or 1200 mm, with a fork span of 680 mm.
- Special arrangements can be made for a maximum box width of 1400 mm.

The tilting function is disabled when the rotation center is above 1180 mm or below 680 mm from the floor.

This versatile unit combines height adjustment, rotation, and transportation features into a single package. Adjusting the tilt angle and rotation speed is effortless. Furthermore, precise and controlled acceleration and deceleration of rotation during startup and stoppage are ensured.

The tilting function is automatically deactivated when returning to a neutral position.
Remote control for rotation, lifting, and lowering is provided (cable version included as standard, wireless available as an optional extra).

The unit features a large display with an intuitive touchscreen interface, providing easy usage and a visually appealing presentation.

Programmability allows for various settings such as multiple stops, turning angles, speeds, and rotation.

A log function is available, providing valuable information such as operational time, current consumption, number of operations, overload records, and battery status.

The display also shows error messages and provides real-time position and turning angle information.

For added security, a supervisor function can be activated to lock the settings in place.
